Picnic It Up is a luxury picnic company located in the Northern Virginia area. We design the ultimate picnic experience for date nights, special occasions, birthday celebrations, family outings, and other events. All you have to do is show up and we will take care of the rest!

With Picnic It Up, you'll work one-on-one with our CEO, Chantel Dyson, to make sure your needs are met for your special event. Chantel is originally from the Northern Virginia area and has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Virginia. Her expertise is helping people create unforgettable moments, where she can showcase her talents in event planning, design, and attention to detail.

We currently offer 6 picnic themes which can be paired with one of our listed Northern Virginia locations. Don't see something you like? We can always customize a theme for your event. You can also enhance your picnic by choosing from our many add-ons.

Tone It Up

This theme provides a laid back yet elevated setting for your picnic. It combines neutral shades that really sets the tone. This theme would work for any occasion.

Sweeten It Up

This theme provides a sweet and charming setting for your picnic. This fresh and fun palette is brimming with blush tones and perfect for our pink-lovers! Whether you’re celebrating with your besties or enjoying a weekend brunch, Sweeten It Up provides the perfect backdrop.

Glam It Up

This theme is an absolute crowd favorite that creates a bold and modern atmosphere through the use of rich textures, contrasting colors, and pops of gold. This setting is limitless in its range of occasions.

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

Head over to the

LET'S PICNIC page to fill out our booking form. Select a date/time, preferred

location, theme, # of guests, etc. Once you complete the booking form, click submit.

Please read about our CANCELLATION/REFUND

policy before booking.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Once you submit your booking form, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your invoice via email. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your event.

If no initial deposit has been made within 48 hours you will need to submit the form again.

PARTY TIME!

Your remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event. Once payment is complete, all you have to do is show up on your scheduled date/time and enjoy!
